Kaiser Permanente is experiencing a network outage

Kaiser Permanente is currently experiencing a network outage, which is impacting our online applications. Our usual member website, kp.org, and the Kaiser Permanente mobile app are currently unavailable. Most of our facilities, including pharmacies, remain open. However, some services may be limited during the network outage. Our technical teams are engaged and working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Members are encouraged to call ahead to confirm their appointments. Please see our Frequently Asked Questions for more information.
